The Cranberries - "Zombie" - Song of the Day - [11/26/14]

This is a classic track from The Cranberries, you definitely know this song even if you aren't a big fan of the band. The Cranberries are probably the most popular Irish rock band ever. Just this Vevo post of the video has almost 200 million views and it's only been up for a few years. "Zombie" was originally released back in September of 1994 as a protest song in memory of those fallen in a bombing in Warrington. This is a throwback, but it still kicks ass today, so get riled up with The Cranberries.

This classic tune paved the way for a completely different style of music with a video to match. Gorillaz always seem to  have a creative way of doing things with their concerts and videos that seems to wow viewers time and time again. Their episode on MTV Cribs was all animated as well!
