Isqa - "Ghosts" - Song of the Day - [9/22/15]

You want some raunchy grindy bass? I got you. Check out this bass attack from Isqa called "Ghosts." It has all the elements I like in a good dubstep song, plenty of naughty bass and some amazing electric zaps. Isqa represents on the record label DUSTLA a collective of awesome bass music. Definitely go listen to more from Isqa on his official soundcloud page here.

Chives (feat. J.OI) - Feel It Now (Proppa Remix) - Song Of The Day - (8/17/2015)

Happy Monday everyone! Today's song of the day comes to you from a young up and coming producer out of Chicago simply named Proppa. As summer comes to an end, or at least it feels that way as I get ready for classes to start up, I felt like there should be another jam on here to keep those vibes up. While "Feel It Now" originally isn't the BIGGEST track that could've been remixed, this fits the style that Proppa has no doubt and shows great taste in doing so. The vocals on this track are amazing, and the violin track on top of it really creates a warm feel to the remix. So whatever you're doing, bust out some speakers, play this track, and get tropical with it! Be sure to follow on Soundcloud and Facebook to keep up with all the latest and greatest happening from Proppa. Enjoy!

Mƶwe - Birds Flying High - Song Of The Day - (8/13/15)

Mowe has undoubtedly mastered the art of chill electronic and feel good house. At first when I herd one of their mixes I was positive they jumped on the tropical house movement, but during my research I found out that Mowe falls under deep house. Their unique sound is close to something of Kygo. Mowe translates to seagull in English, Which might have a connection to their remix “Birds Flying High”. If you haven't heard already, They put a beautiful and signature touch on the old hit tune “Feeling Good” by Nina Simone and hit it spot on. They have an amazing feel-good sound that has attracted an immense amount of new followers in the past few months which showed at Shambahala in Canada this past weekend. Be sure to follow them on Soundcloud & Facebook for new music and upcoming events!

They have a funky house style that is always a party favorite. This is "Hustler" a song from their debut album from back in 2007 called Attack Decay Sustain Release, an excellent listen all the way through. The video game music is back with a new release from Mord Fustang. Here is one of the amazing tracks from his new album called 9999 in 1. PANTyRAiD - "Get the Money" - Song of the Day - [8/3/15]

This is a nice chill beat from the duo PANTyRAiD. The band is made up of two guys who are each big names on their own; MartyParty and Ooah. MartyParty represents Miami with his purple beats of hip-hop flavor. Ooah is a solo producer as well as a member of the hugely popular group The Glitch Mob. PANTyRAiD is their kick ass side project where they blend styles and come up with new ways to kick it. Definitely some fire music from these two.

Capital Cities - "Safe And Sound" - Song of the Day - [7/28/15]

This is a beautiful song from Capital Cities called "Safe And Sound." For a while I thought this was an Empire of the Sun song, and it is really similar to their style. This is the official video from the Capital Cities vevo. It's a full performance like one you would see for a musical on a Broadway stage. Mellow out and keep it chill today, even though it's going to be a hot summer day.

Quarter Royce - "Waste" - Song Of The Day - 7/20/2015

Happy Monday to all. We've got a fresh track for you today coming from a producer in Detroit that you should all have your eye on, Quarter Royce. In a time where house music is being attacked from so many different ways, it's cool to see how one artist puts his unique spin on it. Having a scary and almost scary sound, Quarter Royce seems to feed off of artists like Gesaffelstein and Boys Noize to find his unique style. His latest track "Waste" is just the first of three tracks that we've seen from this producer. Keeping the creepy vibe with this one, "Waste" will keep your feet tapping and have you looking over your shoulder all at the same time. For those who find joy in deep house/techno I urge you to keep up with Quarter Royce. It's only a matter of time you star to hear his tracks being played out more and more.

Vibe Street - I Know The SKURT - Song Of The Day - 7/19/15

This remix by Vibe Street is a combo between Pretty Light's "I Know The Truth" and Herobutst's "Skurt Reynolds" and it is gold! Vibe Street put this one together to play at Electric Forest this year at the Silent Disco during his Pretty Lights tribute set which I personally attended. It was one of the most memorable sets of the weekend, but brought a lot of controversy over in the PLM world. Thru it all, Pretty Lights actually played this remix himself during his set at Camp Bisco over this past weekend so it seems that the water has settled. Check out this killer remix as well as Vibe Street's other tracks!

Emancipator - "Eve II" (Odesza Remix) - Song of the Day (7/11/15)

Earlier this week, Emancipator dropped a remixed version of "Dusk Till Dawn" featuring a collection of different artists. Due to the wide range of styles, the new album breathes new air into an already established masterpiece. For today's Song of the Day, we have chosen the third track off the new album, an Odesza remix of "Eve II."

The track is beautifully reworked, taking two similar feel-good styles and mixing them together to produce perfection. Enjoy!

Illenium - "So Wrong" - Song of the Day - [7/10/15]

Today we show some love to another awesome artist out of Denver. Here we have a hybrid song from Nicholas Miller but you might call him Illenium. This is "So Wrong" an excellent single released just under a year ago. It's hard to categorize a song like this, it's part chill, part trap, and part future music. Illenium has definitely caught the attention of the Colorado crowd and he is expanding his fan base rapidly in all directions. You will see when checking into his library further that he has killer remixes of Kill Paris and Odesza songs; and he has amazing collaborations with another Denver producer Said The Sky. You can listen to more from Illenium on spotify here.

Eptic - "Spellbound" - Song of the Day - [7-7-15]

Just last week Michaƫl Bella aka Eptic dropped a superb EP called Immortal. This song "Spellbound" is from the new Immortal EP, and it has been stuck in my head ever since first hearing it. Eptic has an excellent range of styles, and he shows it on this new release. "Spellbound" displays a prime example of the type of dubstep Eptic creates. There are always a lot of elements that are mixed into Eptic tracks, he puts a beautiful blend of sounds together. And his bass drops are absolutely stunning, impossible to not bob your head to. You can listen to the new Immortal EP and a lot of other Eptic songs on his official soundcloud page here.

Taylor Swift – "Bad Blood" (Gladiator Remix) - Song Of The Day - 7/6/2015

Happy Monday everyone, hope your holiday weekend was as good as mine. Unless you were at one of the final Grateful Dead shows in which case I'm sure it was much better. Nevertheless its another Monday and we've got some new fire coming from the Los Angeles duo known as Gladiator. In their latest remix they've gone after "Bad Blood" which is the newest single from Taylor Swift. Similar to their remix of "Muscle", this remix has that fat and heavy synth sound to raise your trap arms to eleven. Coming hot off a great showing at EDC we've been waiting for some new work from these guys and it's exactly what we needed.

Gramatik - Weird - Song Of The Day - 7/5/15

Today's song of the day comes to you from the lowtemp owner Denis Jasarevic, better known as his stage name Gramatik. With his 4th volume of Street Bangerz. This album features songs that Denis put together back when he was producing these raw, sample based hip hop beats. Apparently he dug through his computer and found these 22 songs and decided to put them all out on one album. This song "Weird" is simple and has such a good vibe feel. Listen for yourself and check out the rest of the album while you're at it. Happy listening.
