PYLOT - "Flashbacks"

Here's the latest music from the most mysterious new artist on Monstercat, it's PYLOT. He has an awesome nu-funk style on this track "Flashbacks" and his story is furthered a bit more with a second journal entry. The story of PYLOT is still unfolding before our eyes and ears through amazing music, and another cool aspect is the artwork that accompanies each song too. In the new image we see PYLOT gazing at a ring he found in his jacket. He's still trying to regain his lost identity and piece together his flashbacks into a more complete understanding of who he is. I for one am enamored by PYLOT and I have a feeling that he will become a very big name in electronic music.

PrototypeRaptor - "Vaprus"

Here's a brand new funkadelic jam from PrototypeRaptor the 24 year old producer from Norman, Oklahoma. He has dabbled with music production since the age of 13, so he is no noob to the game. Typically PrototypeRaptor creates electro-house, nu-funk, nu-disco, dubstep, and whatever else he feels like rocking out. This track "Vaprus" is definitely in the nu-disco style with a bunch of clever bass slaps and excellent mastering. Televisor - "Dream Soda" - Song of the Day - [6-29-14]

This is a smooth track from the duo Televisor called "Dream Soda" a complete throwback to the disco era. Since disco is supposedly dead we can call this track Nu-Disco music. Regardless to how you categorize the song it's a heart thumping jam. The members of Televisor, Adam Griffin and Robert Davies, are total funk masters. Siriusmo - "Wow" - Song of the Day (6-3-14)

Today's song of the day is "Wow" a sneaky nu-funk style track by an excellent German producer Moritz Friedrich, or you may know him as Siriusmo. His music is very diverse and he dabbles into a number of different electronic sub-genres. Siriusmo has been producing all types of electronic music for a many years, with credits dating as far back as 2000. He has created a vast library of music all of which is extraordinarily inventive, "Wow" is from an early EP released on Grand Petrol Recordings back in 2005. Kill Paris - "The Walk"

Here's a brand new catchy beat from the master of nu-funk music, Kill Paris. "The Walk" has a perfect bassline and synth combo for an excellent nu-funk flavor. Kill Paris always comes up with smooth melodies and this is another example of why he is one of the best. "The Walk" will be part of a new EP called Foreplay set to release through OWSLA on April 29th.
