This is a hard dubstep/electro track from Nick Thayer. He's one of the few highly talented artists representing OWSLA the label founded by Sonny Moore a.k.a. Skrillex. Nick Thayer makes awesome music with a ton of energy packed into the beats. "Totalitaria" is one of my favorite songs from Nick Thayer, it's one of those songs I blare with the windows down so everybody knows I'm listening to it.
